Console versions of OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead postponed

Publisher Starbreeze AB has announced that the scheduled February 2019 launch of OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead on consoles has been cancelled.

The company is said to be evaluating and reviewing the performance of the game on consoles. Further information regarding the future release will be announced at a later date, says the company.

OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead first launched on PC last Fall, but was met with technical issues and poor results. Since then, the game went on to offer some of its launch content for free, and create a new expansion DLC plan instead of a full price product, in hopes of winning back the customers.
