Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 Open Beta coming on 1st March

After the end of Private Beta last week, Ubisoft has announced that the Open Beta will run for four days from March 1, which also happens to be the last chance to play the game for free

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 will release worldwide on March 15, 2019. However, before that, the game is getting an Open Beta between March 1 to 4 which will let players try it out for free on all platforms. Unlike the previous Private Beta, players don’t need to pre-order the game for Open Beta access. This will give everyone a taste of the post-apocalyptic shooter set in Washington D.C.

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is an online action role-playing game which is a sequel to 2016’s Tom Clancy’s The Division. The game is set seven months after the first game in which a deadly virus was released in New York City. The previous game was set in NYC but this time the game will bring players into a post-apocalyptic Washington D.C.

Unlike its predecessor, who got bigger and better over a long course of updates, Ubisoft is planning to bring a lot to the table with the Division 2 on the launch itself. This might include more in-game content and campaigns from the beginning. Further according to the press release, Massive Entertainment has been waiting two years listening and learning from The Division community which may have helped them figure out how to provide a substantial campaign that organically flows into a satisfying end game.

For the most hardcore fans out there who can’t wait, the Gold Edition of Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is up for pre-order here which will also give you access to the private beta mode and other exclusive in-game items including 3-day early game access and the year 1 pass.
